The main aim of conducting this research work is to explore the impact Training on Employees Performance in banking industry Palestine. Data for study were collected from permanent staff working banks Palestine through a questionnaire designed achieve objectives as instrument gather primary data; 10 have been selected purpose. result shows that there significant relationship between Material and Employee Performance, also Delivery while revealed no (Training Design Content) Performance. researcher recommended focus giving useful easy read see material, handouts, activities training. Moreover, Banks should consider focusing training best helps employees applying learning various types knowledge skills, providing clear instructions all activates, trainings with reasonable time duration.
